Photography at hummingbird feeders and trail walking

AM Photography at Zuri feeders, continue on to San Jorge de Tandayapa Hummingbird Sanctuary for lunch and photography at the reserve. (Highland Cloud Forest/Cloud Forest)

DAYS 4 & 5
San Jorge de Tandayapa Hummingbird Sanctuary (Western Andean Cloud Forest)
We will begin shooting from the 4 observation decks overlooking our prime cloud forest reserve and the bird feeders around the lodge which will provide an incredible amount of bird species. The bird feeders in front of the main patio are visited by multi-colored species such as the Blue-winged Mountain Tanager, Red-headed Barbet, Streak-capped Treehunter, Three-striped Warbler, White-winged Becard, Metallic-green Tanager, Crimson-rumped Toucanet, Golden-naped Tanager, Golden Tanager, Flame-faced Tanager, Silver-throated Tanager and many more. Additionally, the hummingbird feeders in front of the breakfast room will be crowded with hummingbirds including the iconic Booted Racket-tail and the Violet-tailed Sylph.
Pristine trails, bird huts, gardens, ponds, steams, wild orchids, butterflies, rare insects, and the Canopy Islands Bird & Wildlife Photo Observation Center. Set up your tripod while dining at our open-air restaurant. Up to 20 species Hummingbirds; 450 species birds. Olinguito, Kinkajous, endemic squirrels at feeders.

DAY 6
Amaguza Reserve: Photograph endemic birds at feeders not found in Tandayapa or Milpe – feeders, trails. Choco’.

DAY 7
AM Photography Bali Feeders – numerous Hummingbirds & Plate-billed Mountain Toucan. Continue on to San Jorge de Milpe Orchid & Bird Reserve (Western Upper Tropical Rainforest)
Hummingbirds, tanagers and toucan feeders, gardens; trail walking; 60 foot tall spacious observation tower overlooking the canopy. Set up your tripod while dining at our open-air restaurant.

San Jorge de Milpe Orchid & Bird Reserve - Western Upper Tropical Rainforest
